With the easing of restrictions set for July 19, here are some of the upcoming events that are set to take place across some of Yorkshire’s Hidden Gems.
From Step 4, the Government is removing all legal limits on the numbers meeting indoors and outdoors. It means that all businesses can re-open, including nightclubs, and the limits will also be lifted on numbers of people attending concerts, theatre, and sports events.

Adventure Cinema | July 22 & 23 2021

Bringing the magic of film to outdoor venues across the UK.

Clifton Park is set to prove a unique setting for big screen films while we wait for a new cinema to be built on Forge Island.

On July 22, Adventure Cinema is bringing the classic Dirty Dancing back to the big screen, followed by a sing-a-long performance of The Greatest Showman on July 23. Picnics are welcome and there will be an on site bar plus hot snacks available.

 90’s Fest | July 31 2021

“The UK’s biggest 90’s dance music festival”

In 2019, thousands of ravers dusted off their glow sticks to dance the night away to their favourite 90’s DJs. The sheer size and flexibility of the former steelworks at Magna meant that a number of separate arenas could be created.

The event is back in 2021 with huge outdoor arenas for the summertime.
