Clifton Park

Clifton Park has something for everyone, gardens to relax in, a large free play park, water splash, tennis, bowls, adventure golf, a land train, a fun park, which has a whole host of rides and games to choose from and an amazing museum which tells the story of Rotherham’s rich and diverse history, past and present.

A tour around the park is a joy for the garden enthusiast, the beautifully landscaped gardens with a Georgian house providing sweeping views, specimen trees, and leafy avenues. Dotted within it are horticultural gems, the memorial garden with its stunning bedding display, the carpet bed, rock garden and walled garden. This has been recognised with the park receiving a Green Flag for the past 10 years and winning the People’s Choice award for the nation’s favourite park for the past 4 of those.
